Christopher L. Slack, M.D.

Christopher L. Slack, M.D. graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Miami. He received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine with Honors and, subsequently completed his Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery Residency at the University of Colorado. Dr. Slack is triple boarded with board certification in the following disciplines:

• American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
• American Board of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery
• American Board of Otolaryngology – Sleep Medicine

Dr. Slack specializes in aesthetic enhancement of the face. He utilizes the latest endoscopic techniques, focusing on minimal incisions, wound healing aids and the use of multiple modalities to effect the most natural cosmetic improvements. Dr. Slack is adept at counseling and performing revision surgical procedures.
Dr. Slack was on staff as a teaching professor in the Department of Surgery and Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery at David Grant Medical Center, USAF from 2000-2002. David Grant Medical Center is the regional medical center for the Western United States and Pacific Rim for the United States Air Force. Dr. Slack continues to teach as an Assistant Clinical Professor for the Florida State University School of Medicine. Dr. Slack maintains a number of professional affiliations. He is an active member of the following organizations:
